All donations made to Bhavyneh Foundation (PAN: AAMAB7478A) are voluntary contributions towards our social initiatives. By donating, you agree to the following terms:

🔹 Non-Refundable: Donations are typically non-refundable as they are immediately directed to fund ongoing programs.
🔹 Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only in these cases:

• Technical Error: Duplicate transaction due to system/payment gateway failure.

• Unauthorized Transaction: Fraudulent use of your payment method.

• Donor Error: Accidental overpayment (e.g., wrong amount entered).

• Transaction ID (from receipt)

• Reason for Refund Request

4. Refund Process

✅ Timeline: Valid requests will be processed within 7–15 working days.
✅ Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment mode.
✅ Tax Receipts: If a refund is granted, the associated 80G receipt (if issued) becomes invalid.

5. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

To cancel a monthly/auto-debit donation:

1. Notify us via email/phone (details above).

2. Alternatively, cancel through the payment gateway/platform used.

6. Transparency Note

• All refunds are subject to internal review.

• False claims may result in legal action.

• For queries, contact us during working hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM IST).

Key Disclaimers:

• Change of mind after donation.

• Disagreement with our mission/work.

• Delays in project execution (funds are used as per program needs).

⚠️ 80G Tax Benefits:
Once refunded, the tax exemption cannot be claimed for that donation.
